This complete pull arm assembly (sometimes called a knife draw arm) fits Polar 92 EMC (after machine serial number 5311001), Polar 92 EMC MON (after machine serial number 5311001), Polar 92 E, Polar 92 ED, and Polar 92 S guillotine paper cutters. (equivalent to Polar 033245, 033245a, 027315, and 027315a)
After approximately 1983 the Polar 92 pull arm style changed to this type that uses a single center shear bolt. This new style pull arm assembly can still be used in the older (pre 1983) Polar 92 cutters. However it means that when a shear bolt breaks, the newer style single center shear bolt will have to be used for a replacement, not the older style twin shear bolts.
These are all completely new, non-OEM, aftermarket parts. The arms themselves are machined complete from SAE 1045 steel. This assembly is supplied as shown in the photo, complete with the following parts:
