Well I ordered a baum stacker belt 260-797 -01-00 and you sent 264-697-01-00 and they were to long and didn't work at all. I gave them to one one of my repairmen and I haven't seen them since. I guess you could say I just wasted my money with you. If you could give me the belts I asked for I would be happy. I would be glad to pay you for them after I have installed them on my folder and see that they work. Thank you for asking.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Customized products and gift cards are exempt from being returned.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
