So far all I can say is that at least communication from our part that USPS returned the part has been received and acknowledged; however, the only response from Printer’s Parts is that until the part is received will let me know what the next steps would be. Which we understand. We requested to reorder but no answer as of today and still we have our equipment down. Hopefully this will be resolved this week...
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Customized products and gift cards are exempt from being returned.
Heidelberg OEM Parts are subject to re Stocking fees.
