Section 1 – What we do with your information
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us, such as your name, address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address, which gives us information about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing: with your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
Section 2 – Consent
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange a delivery or return a purchase, you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, such as marketing, we will either ask you directly for your consent or give you the opportunity to say no.
How do I withdraw my consent?
If you change your mind after opting in, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, or for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time by emailing info@printerspartsusa.com or writing to us at:

Section 3 – Disclosure
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
Section 4 – Shopify
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and general application, on secure servers behind a firewall.
Payment: if you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify stores your credit card data, encrypted to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your transaction data is kept only as long as necessary to complete your purchase. All direct payment gateways follow the PCI-DSS standards managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Section 5 – Third-party services
Our third-party providers collect, use and disclose your information only to the extent necessary to perform the services they provide to us. Some providers, such as payment gateways and other payment processors, have their own privacy policies for the information we are required to give them for your purchase. We recommend reading those policies to understand how they handle your personal information.
Some providers may be located in, or have facilities in, a different jurisdiction from you or us. If you proceed with a transaction that uses such a provider, your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where that provider or its facilities are located. For example, if you are in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway in the United States, your information may be subject to disclosure under United States law.
Once you leave our website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer covered by this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Service.
Links: links on our store may take you to other sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
Section 6 – Security
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. Credit card information is encrypted in transit. Although no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and other generally accepted industry standards.
Section 7 – Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart, remember your preferences, keep the store secure and understand how the store is used. You can control cookies through the cookie banner on our site and your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may stop parts of the store, such as the cart and checkout, from working.

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given consent for any of your minor dependents to use this site.
Section 9 – Changes to this privacy policy
We may change this privacy policy at any time, so please review it regularly. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on the website. If we make material changes, we will note here that the policy has been updated. If our business is acquired by or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we can continue to sell products to you.
